Nothing overly exciting happeneing (news added 14/03/07)
Well since I last left news nothing oerly exciting has happened. The first show is starting in March (the 25th) up at Carnology. Its usually in Jan or Feb but I think due to the severe coldness the past two years, Jamesy has been kind and moved it until the end of March.
ModifiedNI.com have a nice selection of cars on their stand (12 confirmed and a possible 15) and theres still a few weeks left! Hope to see you all there as its always a good one to start off the year.

2007 already!?!?! (news added 18/01/07)
As the title suggests - its fucking 2007 already!!
Scary biscuits!... Anyway - hope you all had a GREAT 2006 and are having an even better 2007 so far. Big happenings on MNI. We now have a way of uploading/renaming pictures stupidly fast so there will be no long delays in features or events anymore. This enables us to have several hundred pictures as well so expect to see A LOT more pics from events too!
Graham Curry (www.ni-motorsport.co.uk) has earned his sponsorship for providing us with awesome pictures from loads of rally events and even pictures from the D1 series!
I got a new camera for my 21st a few months back so there will be more features etc with the new 'jobbie'. For all you who care its a Canon EOS 350D.
A big thank you to my wee cousin Matthew for doing some graphical work for us. He made the banner on the feature car page and you can expect to see a lot more of his work popping up (including photos!).
Lastly but certainly not least, OUR PROJECT CAR. My goodness what a change it has encountered. I don't really want to give too much away so go to the project car page and see how the mighty Focus looks now.

Well how are you all!?! (news added 4/11/06)
Well everyone, not left a note on here in a while, I would just see how every one is doing? The site progress has yet again slowed down and we apologize for that but with Dave and I working full time it is hard to fit in updates for the site. I mean right now it is 02:53am!!
We have a new member on board, Andy (Trancemaster) who is a photochopping KING and hopefully VERY shortly we will be training Andy up to do some updates and keep the site up to the standards we are usually at.
Only other bit of news is our sponsor got a new website (www.tint-it.co.uk) which I reckon you should all take a look at!
Well thats it for now, will keep you updated with any other site news/information.

NEWS, NEWS, NEWS!! (news added 1/8/06)
Well again sorry for lack of updates but I was away on holiday to Egypt in July and have only really back into the swing of things now! I can't believe its bloody August already - where the hell has this year went!
Anyway, I suppose you want to read some "real news". I got myself a wee car (click here to see her). I got a wee Corsa C, November 2003 with 15k on the clock, brilliant! I have a few plans for her but nothing extreme, you will see them all in good time!
Also, Dave sold his house that he was working on for a while there and has now got some real big plans for the mighty Focus. Not a lot being done to the exterior but again, you will see all the mods unfold on the project car page!
The site is still getting loads of hits which is great to see and I think we are going to have to organise a photoshoot/show in the not so distant future - we will see how things pan out!
Nearly forgot to mention updates done to the site, we have now got a new mag cover as always and the option to view old mag covers (like a back order). Got all the events pages updated including Killarney Rally, NCC photoshoot, Club GTI show, S-Racer show etc. Feature car page is now bang up to date, we're gonna have to make a 3rd featue car page, the two we have are a little to cramed! Also just a small change on the links page, Devine Motorsport are now on and my new job is on as well (web-solutions-ni.com).

UPDATES......at last!! (news added 28/6/06)
OK so first of all apologies for not updating the site a lot recently. It doesn't mean that we havent been working our asses off behind the scenes, getting organised for shows and taking pics etc so expect constant updates from now on, we were just on a little bit of a lag there.

BIG UPDATES! (news added 5/4/06)
OK people, big things happening on ModifiedNi lately and still a lot more to come!
We have been branded (by someone alone the line) as an online magazine. We as a team have decided we want to push this image so we will be changing a few things (but most are secrets).
Every feature car will now have 30 pictures and a mini report just to introduce you to the car. Also the front page will be changing soon but I dont want to give too much away.
Final and biggest thing is the feature car page will be divided up into 3 sections, modified and two more but again, I dont want to give it away. Just keep checking back and you will see them develop in the next 5/6 weeks!

CARNOLOGY SHOW 26/2/2006 (news added 28/2/06)
Carnology held their second annual show on the 26th of Feb 2006 and what a success it was!
Im not going to say a lot in here as the full report can be found here. What I can say is it was a huge success and ModifiedNI had a great stand with 10 top quality cars - a big thank you to all the guys who put their cars on the stand for the day - we were one of the very few stands that all cars stayed until the end!
We look forward to this show next year - big thanks to Jamesy and Ashleigh and some of the BC crew for making this one a success!

Team Meeting- 24/1/06
The ModifiedNi team had their first meeting last night and I have to say it went very well! In attendance were myself, Dave, Kennie, Rab and Gerdy who all brought up very valid points! We are going to make a few changes to ModifiedNi and expand every section as much as we possibly can!
Keep checking back as the majority of these changes are happening in the very near future!

We have a banner! - 24/1/06
About 6 months ago or so we started receiving sponsorship from "Tint-it". They specalize in banners, stickers and obviosuly window tinting! I asked Gareth about a banner and he wa smore than keen to do one for us.
He had the banner made really quickly and gave it to Rab and I only got it a few days - it wasn't Rabs fault but we now have a kick ass banner! Pics will be online shortly and now ModifiedNi.com will really stand out at shows!

New site online - 1/1/06
Well everyone the new site is here and I really hope you all like the changes. All of the team have been working really hard to get everything ready for the new year. Dave has helped me out so much with getting the actual site online. Kennie has been working his little balls off getting feature cars even though he hasnt been well lately. Gerdy has been great getting loads of graphics made up for us and is now in charge of the photochopping section although he will not be allowed to vote in the competitions as he still wants to enter them! Rab has been a star helping us getting our official sponsor ('Tint It) and he has also got a banner sorted for us not to mention his motor is going to be on our stand at the majority of shows we attend this year!
I think thats about enough waffling from me - I just want to say thank you to a few more people like Street Racer, John (a.k.a. JMax), my gorgeous girlfreind Ashleigh (for sticking with me) and Mark Erwin for being so patient. Have a great 2006 everyone and we will see you at the next show!!
